About Nayna
I am a qualified Art Teacher of Indian heritage with 18 wonderful years teaching experience. In 2018 I embarked on a career change to freelance as an Arts and Crafts facilitator, delivering within community settings and working with different organisations.
I deeply value and understand the importance of engaging in creative activities, and how the evidence around participatory arts supports better mental well-being. This is fundamental in a lot of the work I am involved with, helping participants to tap into their creativity to ease stress and improve positive emotions.
My workshops are very diverse which is dependent on various factors, however, when possible I will endeavor to influence the activities referencing different cultures and artists from The Global Majority to highlight the importance of representation.
